How to clear cookies and cache
Clearing cache and cookies varies depending on the web browser you're using. Here are general instructions for popular browsers.

! Please note that clearing cache and cookies may sign you out of websites and delete saved preferences. Make sure to consider this before proceeding!
Google Chrome (Android):
- Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Go to "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data."
- Choose the time range and make sure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected.
- Click on "Clear data."
Google Chrome (iOS):
- On your device, launch the Chrome app. At the top right, tap on the three dots, scroll down and then navigate to “Settings”.
- Under settings, tap “Privacy” then “Clear browsing data”, select “Cookies, site data” and uncheck all other items.
- Tap on “Clear browsing data”, then select “Done.”
Mozilla Firefox (Android):
- Open Firefox and click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
- Go to "Options" and then "Privacy & Security."
- Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section.
- Click on "Clear Data."
- Ensure both "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are checked, then click "Clear."
Mozilla Firefox (iOS)
- Open Firefox and click on the “menu bars,” which look like three parallel lines, situated in the lower right-hand corner of the browser window.
- Then select “Settings'', scroll down to “Privacy” and select “Clear private data''.
- You have to make sure only “Cookies'' is selected, then tap on “Clear private data”.
Microsoft Edge:
- Open Edge and click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Go to "Settings" and then "Privacy, search, and services."
- Under "Clear browsing data," click on "Choose what to clear."
- Ensure "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.
- Click on "Clear now."
Safari (Mac):
- Open Safari and click on "Safari" in the menu bar.
- Choose "Preferences" and go to the "Privacy" tab.
- Click on "Manage Website Data."
- Select "Remove All" and confirm when prompted.
Safari (iOS)
- You have to go into the Settings menu on your device and scroll down to “Safari,” then “Advanced,” then “Website Data”.
- Next you need to tap on “Clear history and website data” to clear cookies.
